Soccercorner.org - The former Barcelona player, Johan Cruyff, died at the age of 68. He died in Barcelona after a fight against cancer.

"March 24, 2016, Johan Cruyff at Barcelona passed away peacefully, surrounded by family after a hard fight against cancer. With deep sadness, we plead with you to maintain the privacy of the family during the mourning period," a statement on the official website.

Cruyff is a Dutch football legend. He once drove his country was runner up in the World Cup in 1974. In addition to ever defend Barça, Cruyff also became an iconic player with Ajax Amsterdam because of its role to deliver Ajax won the European Cup three times.
Cruyff was sentenced cancer since October. In February last, three Ballon d'Or this was said to have triumphed over cancer eating itself.
