Soccercorner.org - Jose Mourinho finally officially leave Chelsea. Not fired, but Mourinho and Chelsea have agreed to end their partnership this season,
Chelsea's official statement reads:
Chelsea Football Club and Jose Mourinho have ended this day together with the collective agreement. Chelsea thank Jose for the contribution magnitude since returning to the club in the summer of 2013.
Three Premier League titles, the FA Cup, Community Shield and three League Cups during two periods makes Mourinho as the most successful manager in Chelsea's 110-year history. Jose and our board of directors agreed that the results are not good enough Chelsea this season. It would be good for both parties if this cooperation is terminated.
Chelsea appearance this season was unbelievably bad. Status as Premier League champions, Chelsea is currently getting a lot of bad results and are now just one point above the relegation zone dwellers.
Reportedly, Chelsea will soon lift a replacement manager. As usual, Chelsea will lift the interim coach until the end of the season.
