Soccercorner.org - Manchester City announced that it has officially getting defender Nicolas Otamendi. Argentine players were recruited from the La Liga club Valencia.
The Citizens did not release how much the transfer fee to bring the 27-year-old player to the Etihad Stadium. However Otamendi tied with a contract duration of five years by the Premier League club.
Otamendi will follow the footsteps of Raheem Sterling and Fabian Delph who had first joined City. The player will wear jersey number 30 at his new club.
Otamendi followed Argentina reach the top party in the Copa America tournament in 2015. But unfortunately Albiceleste failed to win because losing to Chile via penalties.
